REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL NO: WASCO 02 (2025)
The Water and Sewerage Company (WASCO) invites sealed Proposals from eligible Bidders for the Mafeteng Drought Relief Project – Design and Build Dredging of Rasebala Dam.
Conditions
- The Bidder shall deliver the Proposal in two separate, sealed envelopes. One envelope containing the Technical Part (clearly marked technical proposal) and the other the Financial Part (clearly marked financial proposal) and copies as shown in the tender document. These two envelopes shall be enclosed in a sealed outer envelope and clearly marked “Mafeteng Drought Relief Project – Dredging of Rasebala Dam“
- The Bids must be submitted in English.
- Tenders received later than the mentioned deadline below and electronic tenders shall not be accepted

5. Tender documents shall be available for non-refundable 5, 000.00LSL to all the bidders who intend to participate in this tender process through a speed point facility at WASCO Cashiers’ Office (Head Office) or through an EFT at the following account;

7. Mandatory Documents (Certified at source) – should be attached to the technical proposal; failure to comply shall lead to disqualification.

f) The bid security at 1% of proposal price (Bank Guarantee)
