Rockville Crescent launch
The Lesotho Housing Development Corporation (LHDC), in collaboration with WASCO, today (03.06.26) officially launched the Rockville Crescent Housing Development at Ha Mapetla, Maseru. The high-income residential project is designed to offer modern living standards, featuring quality housing units complemented by a beautiful and well-planned landscape.
Speaking at the launch, LHDC Managing Director highlighted that Rockville Crescent is a premier housing development aimed at providing residents with a comfortable and attractive living environment while contributing to the growth of the housing sector in Lesotho.
WASCO Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Mpeke Lebohang Makara, reaffirmed WASCO’s commitment to supporting the development through the installation of top-notch water supply and sewerage infrastructure. He emphasized that reliable water and sanitation services remain critical to the success and sustainability of modern housing developments.
The project marks another important milestone in strengthening partnerships between public institutions to deliver quality infrastructure and improved living conditions.
