WASCO has embarked on reclassification of its customers from domestic to business. The initiative requires all its domestic customers who are currently using the Company’s services for business consumption in their respective residential homes, to update the status of their
accounts.
The Company has already identified some of the said customers and has updated their accounts. WASCO thus, requests such customers to visit its offices in the operating centres and/or to call the following number; +266 222 62 111 for more information and clarification.
WASCO requests cooperation on this matter and urges customers to have updated their accounts by end of December 2024.
